Monetary policy – NBR Board decisions

According to the press release of National Bank of Romania dated July 4th, the Board of the National Bank of Romania decided: to keep the monetary policy rate at 2.50 percent per annum; to leave unchanged the deposit facility rate at 1.50 percent per annum and the lending facility rate at 3.50 percent per annum; and to maintain the existing levels of minimum reserve requirement ratios on both leu- and foreign currency-denominated liabilities of credit institutions.

Accesso facilitato alle piattaforme di crowdfunding

Il crowdfunding è una nuova forma di finanziamento alternativa che mette in collegamento, solitamente via Internet, coloro che possono dare, prestare o investire denaro con coloro che hanno bisogno di finanziamenti per un progetto specifico. Per le start-up ed altre PMI, i prestiti bancari sono spesso costosi o difficilmente accessibili per mancanza di referenze creditizie o di garanzie collaterali. Il crowdfunding può costituire un’utile fonte di finanziamento alternativa, in particolare nelle loro prime fasi di attività.

Cifra de afaceri – serviciile de piaţă

Conform comunicatului de presă INS publicat în data 19 iunie 2019, în luna aprilie 2019, cifra de afaceri din serviciile de piaţă prestate în principal întreprinderilor a scăzut, în termeni nominali, faţă de luna precedentă, ca serie brută cu 1,4%, iar ca serie ajustată în funcţie de numărul de zile lucrătoare şi de sezonalitate a crescut cu 3,3%.

Transparency obligations for online platforms

The EU is introducing new rules which will provide businesses with a more transparent, fair and predictable online business environment, as well as an efficient system for seeking redress. The regulation adopted on June 14 by the Council addresses relations between online platforms and businesses as shown in the press release of the Council of the EU.
