Furthermore, compared to the previous month, in December 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, in nominal terms, decreased both as gross series by 1.0% and as adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality by 2.3%. And compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, in nominal terms, increased both as gross series by 11.9% and as adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality by 12.2%.
According to the same source, compared to the previous month, in December 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, gross series, in nominal terms, decreased by 1.0% due to drops registered in transport activities (-9.6%) and in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (-5.5%). Increases were registered in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+5.4%), in communication activities (+2.3%) and in the information service activities and information technology activities (+2.2%).
Compared to the previous month, in December 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality, in nominal terms, decreased by 2.3% due to drops registered in transport activities (-3.6%), in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (-1.0%) and in communication (-0.5%). Increases were registered in information service activities and information technology activities (+0.9%) and in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (+0.1%).
Compared to December 2017, in December 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, gross series, in nominal terms, globally increased by 11.9% due to rises registered in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (+22.4%), in information service and information technology activities (+21.8%), in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+19.2%), in transport activities (+3.5%) and in communication (+2.7%).
Compared to December 2017, in December 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, adjusted series according to the number of working days and seasonality, in nominal terms, globally increased by 12.2% due to rises registered in information service and information technology activities (+25.9%), in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (+22.6%), in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+17.7%), in communication (+2.9%) and in transport activities (+2.4%).
As shown in the press release, compared to 2017, in 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, gross series, in nominal terms, globally increased by 10.3% due to rises registered in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+14.6%), in information service activities and information technology activities (+13.6%), in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (+10.9%), in transport activities (+6.6%) and in communication (+5.8%).
