According to the latest press release of National Institute of Statistics, in April 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, in nominal terms, decreased as gross series by 2.8% and increased as adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality by 2.1% compared to the previous month.
Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, in nominal terms, increased both as gross series by 9.0% and as adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality by 9.7%.
Compared to the period January 1st – April 30th 2017, in the period January 1st – April 30th 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, in nominal terms, increased both as gross series by 8.1% and as adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality by 9.4%.
Furthermore, compared to the previous month, in April 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, gross series, in nominal terms, decreased by 2.8% due to drops registered in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (-15.3%), in information service activities and information technology activities (-12.5%), in communication activities (-4.8%) and in transport activities (-1.5%).
The other services rendered mainly to enterprises remained at the same level. Compared to the previous month, in April 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, adjusted series according to the number of working days and to seasonality, in nominal terms, increased by 2.1% due to rises registered in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+4.9%), in transports (+2.2%) and in information service activities and information technology activities (+0.3%). Drops were registered in motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities (-14.5%) and in communication (-0.4%).
Compared to April 2017, in April 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, gross series, in nominal terms, globally increased by 9.0% due to rises registered in information service activities and information technology activities (+15.4%), in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+9.8%), in transports (+9.1%) and in communication (+3.9%).
The motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities decreased by 5.1%. Compared to April 2017, in April 2018 the turnover of market services rendered mainly to enterprises, adjusted series according to the number of working days and seasonality, in nominal terms, globally increased by 9.7% due to rises registered in other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+10.5%), in transports (+10.4%), in information service and information technology activities (+9.6%) and in communication (+5.6%). The motion picture, video and television programme production; programming and broadcasting activities decreased by 3.8%.
